Last Dinosaurs & Dear Seattle at The Triffid, Brisbane | Wednesday 28 April The strange thing is, out of the new album's 12 tracks, they've only played those four singles and "Satisfaction Guaranteed" so far live.Secret Sounds & Jack Daniel’s Present: Live At Last They're currently on the road supporting the album, and are trekking through the UK, touting a 17-song set consisting of fan-favorites like "Undercover Martyn," "Something Good Can Work" and "Sun," as well as the new material. Their latest album, False Alarm, arrived in June, and was preceded singles, "Talk," "Satellite," "Dirty Air" and "Once." They've established themselves with a solid setlist of back-to-back hits, and Trimble owns the stage – often sporting a matching suit, or something sharp. Their live performances are what really set them apart from other electropop and indie acts. They took a brief hiatus, and when they returned, it was like they never left. But the pressures of touring impacted the band. They followed up with their sophomore effort, Beacon, the next year, and solidified international success with another busy touring schedule.
They've built a solid fanbase over the years by their excessive touring schedule their debut world tour consisted of 21 legs, with a total of almost 200 performances between 2010-11. The Northern Irish gents – fronted by Alex Trimble and rounded out by Sam Halliday and Kevin Baird – are one of the most low-key but consistent forces in music. With their debut album Tourist History about to be released on 1st March 2010. Having supported Delphic, they have gone from strength to strength. And yet it's still frequently played on the radio, remixed in clubs and featured in film and TV. I first heard of Two Door Cinema Club, when they were about to support Delphic on the Kitsune Tour in August 2009.
